You must submit a return request within 30 days of your package being delivered. Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Once we receive your returned item, returns and refunds will be processed within 3 business days. -
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, accessories, and labels (if applicable). Proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following:

Final sale items, promotional items, freebies, or gift cards.

Items that show signs of use, installation, damage, or missing parts not caused by our error.

Accessories returned without original packaging or essential components.
Final Sale products and accessories are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges

The fastest way to request an exchange is to contact Xidoro customer service via email at xidoro1@outlook.com.

Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only. Please confirm your request carefully before sending the item back.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. -
After shipping your return, please update the tracking number and carrier in the Returns Center or provide the information to us via email.
Additional Notes

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., ordered the wrong model, size, or changed mind), the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Please carefully review product details and compatibility information before placing your order. -
Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, lost, or incorrectly shipped by us.

Please do not return items to the address listed on your package. This is not our return address and may delay or prevent processing.
Our after-sales warehouses are currently located in the United States and Hong Kong, and we are working to expand return locations in other regions.
